How to order
- Tap a design you like.
- Type the name you want on the tag and how many you need, then tap Add to my order. Want the same design with a different name? Just tap it again.
- Tap View my order at the bottom and fill in your details.
- Tap Copy my order, then send it to us on Messenger or Instagram.
- We'll reply with your invoice and a preview of your tags.
Questions
Can I order more than one design?
Yes! Each design is its own set, with at least 30 tags per design.
Can I mix different designs in one set of 30?
No. Each set of 30 is one design. If you want 3 designs, that's 3 sets.
How do I order stickers?
Tap a design, then turn on Upgrade to sticker. Stickers are ₱100 per 10, with a minimum of 10.
Are stickers the same size? Same price for all designs?
Yes. Stickers are the same size as the tags (2 × 3.5 inches), and ₱100 per 10 applies to every design: Basic, Standard and Generic.
What's the minimum order?
30 tags per design. For sticker tags, the minimum is 10 (₱100 per 10 stickers).
Can I order more than 30 of a design?
Yes. Add 10 more tags at a time for ₱50 per 10.
Can I use the same design with different names?
Yes. Tap the design again and type the other name. Each name is its own set of at least 30 tags.
Can I split one set of 30 into different names (e.g. 10 tags per name)?
No. Each set of 30 has one sender's name. For another name, add the design again as a separate set.
Can you print the “To” names (who the gift is for)?
No. We only print the sender's name (From). The “To” part is left blank.
Can I change the message on the tag?
Only on Standard designs (₱270). For Basic and Generic, we print your name and the message stays as shown.
Will I see my tags before you print them?
Yes. We send you a preview first. We only print once you approve it and you've paid in full.
How do I pay?
BPI or GCash. Pay 50% to reserve your slot, then the rest once you approve your preview.
How long will it take?
3 working days for 30–60 tags, 5 days for 70–90, 7 days for 100–120, and 14 days for 130 or more. Need it sooner? Rush orders are +₱100 if you order by 2 PM.
How do I get my tags?
We're in Cubao, QC. Within Metro Manila, you book a Grab or Lalamove and pay the delivery fee. Outside Metro Manila, we ship by J&T and the shipping fee is included in your total.
Can I get my own design?
Yes, custom designs are ₱350 per set. Message us on Messenger or Instagram to talk about it.
What are the tags made of?
Thick matte white paper (200gsm), 2 × 3.5 inches.
